A Demon Inside You You have a demon inside you, big and black and slowly consuming. Soon it will break free and destroy you and everything else. What do you plan on doing then? You think you can control it, you think you can cajole it, but you are mistaken you cannot, it is impossible. It is a demon, not a friend nor a pet, not someone looking out for your well-being, but an entity meant to devastate. It is not something tangible, not something to be touched or talked to, but it is something to control you.

I Remeber Her Yeah, I remember her; she was an odd one, that's for sure. And not just the way she acted, or the way she was, I think it was mostly her eyes: most definitely her eyes. She was an enigma.
She never had much in the way of friends, although it never seemed like she was one for them. She would silently sit in class, do her work on her own, rarely with anyone else, and then she would move on to the next class.  As for not working with others, well, you know how mean kids in school can be to someone different from the main masses, no one else wanted to work with her almost as much as she did not want to work with them. Mistress of the Ravens This has almost become an obsession of mine. I have heard the legends, heard the rumors, but I did not take much store in them until I saw her. Saw the Mistress of the Ravens.
Some said she sold her soul for wings, others said her soul was stolen as a babe by the ravens, others say she was born a monster and her mother abandoned her to be raised by the wilds. Many blamed her for disease or famine, for killing off their pets, their babies, their lovers. She became the baneful scapegoat for all their problems.
And it was not just like this where I came from. Many cities and villages all around complained of her presence. Some chased her away
